SARAJEVO, October 9 (FENA) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and pronounced a Trial Judgment finding the accused Miroslav Marković guilty of the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)h) as read with Subparagraph a), all in conjunction with Articles 180(1) and 29 CC BiH, sentencing the accused to thirteen years of imprisonment.
