OHR: High Representative is appointed to the position by the PIC Steering Board

SARAJEVO, October 13 (FENA) - The Office of the High Representative (OHR) announced today that Article V of Annex 10 of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina (GFAP) defines that the High Representative is the final authority in theater regarding the interpretation of the aforementioned agreement on the implementation of the civilian aspects of the peace settlement.
