Plakalo: It seems that negotiations with the EU will not start without reform laws

SARAJEVO, November 1 (FENA) – Secretary-General of the European Movement in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Haris Plakalo, said after the visit and address of the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, that this visit is a confirmation of the continuation of the proactive attitude of the European administration towards BiH, although this is the regional activity of the President of the European Commission, which was preceded by visits to North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia.
