RS Constitutional Court: The HR does not exist as an institution under the RS constitutional order

BANJA LUKA, November 29 (FENA) - Today, the Constitutional Court of the entity of Republika Srpska held a session where it decided, in accordance with the Constitution and the competencies established by law, on the compatibility of regulations and general acts with the Constitution, that is, on the compatibility of regulations and general acts with the laws in the RS.
