Women's organizations are the biggest support for women survivors of wartime rape

SARAJEVO, December 8 (FENA) - Society in Bosnia and Herzegovina is not aware of how much it owes to women's non-governmental organizations that deal with the recovery process of women who survived wartime sexual violence, because they are the first aid and often the only support these victims have. It was non-governmental women's organizations that fostered a holistic and feminist approach and showed care for women and children who suffered such violence, as well as other traumas.
