SARAJEVO, January 5 (FENA) - January 9 is nothing but a day that cannot be treated any other way than as the anniversary of the beginning of the failed attempt to secede part of Bosnia and Herzegovina or to annex the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of Serbia, said the Chairman of the BiH Presidency Željko Komšić.
