SARAJEVO, February 2 (FENA) - Civil society organizations gathered around the Declaration on constitutional and other reforms of BiH on the path to the EU and NATO repeated their appeal to the High Representative and the OHR to react urgently and pass the decisions that will improve the integrity of the electoral process.
