SARAJEVO, February 2 (FENA) - A member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović assessed that the meeting with the Assistant Secretary of State of the United States of America for European and Eurasian Affairs James O'Brien and yesterday's meeting with the North Atlantic Council were not the result of coincidence, but that they represent a serious message and a clear signal.
