Bećirović: NATO has a mandate under Dayton Agreement to react when peace is threatened

SARAJEVO, April 11 (FENA) - Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, said that BiH is a full member of the UN, a member state of the Council of Europe, the OSCE, and a country that is at the door of the EU and NATO alliances.
