SDA: The Troika parties once again capitulated before the SNSD and the HDZ BiH

SARAJEVO, April 18 (FENA) - The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) claims that by going to the last meeting in East Sarajevo and agreeing to the demands related to changes to the BiH Election Law, the "Troika" parties once again capitulated before their coalition partners.
