SARAJEVO, May 29 (FENA) - The Arbitration Council based in Zurich made a decision in the case of the lawsuit of the Hungarian transporter FGSZ against the Government of the Federation of BiH, Energoinvest and BH-Gas. All requests of the FGSZ towards the FBiH Government were rejected, which freed the FBiH Government from responsibility and is no longer a party to the proceedings.
