SARAJEVO, June 13 (FENA) - At the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) candidate of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Amer Kapetanović, was appointed by the consensus of 13 countries, as the Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), the most important regional initiative.
