Burkhart: In BiH, we see abuse of the lack of transparency and accountability within public sector

WASHINGTON/SARAJEVO, September 15 (FENA) - State institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina are captured by the ruling elite, many of whom abuse the lack of transparency and accountability in the public sector to serve their own interests, Annalise Burkhart, program cooperation and researcher at Transparency International United States in Washington, said in an interview with FENA.
