SARAJEVO, October 9 (FENA) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, during an extraordinary phone session, established the Proposal for the basis for concluding an Agreement on Access to Higher Education and Enrollment in Studies in the Western Balkans and proposed to the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina to adopt a decision to accept this agreement.
