International Day of Rural Women marked in Bosnia and Herzegovina

SARAJEVO, October 15 (FENA) - Empowering women in agriculture and rural livelihoods is critical for driving economic growth and enhancing climate resilience in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This was the key takeaway from the roundtable discussion titled ''Women in Agriculture and Rural Livelihoods: Opportunities for Economic Participation, Financial Inclusion, and Climate Resilience'' organized by UN Women Bosnia and Herzegovina in collaboration with the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), with the support of Sweden, marking the International Day of Rural Women.
