SARAJEVO, December 12 (FENA) - The final conference of the Regional Program for Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 (ReLOaD2), funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), gathered more than 50 key stakeholders from ministries, local government units, civil society organizations (CSOs), and European Union representatives.
