EU calls on the RS leadership to refrain from provocative rhetoric and divisive actions

SARAJEVO, January 9 (FENA) - The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has determined that the legislation of the entity of Republika Srpska on the "RS Day" is not in line with the Constitution of BiH. The European Union (EU) emphasizes the obligation to respect the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and constitutional order, including the decisions of the Constitutional Court, as well as the international subjectivity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
