SARAJEVO, January 9 (FENA) – The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has confirmed the indictment of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH against Osman Mehmedagić, who is charged with committing the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority under Article 220, Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
