SARAJEVO, February 5 (FENA) - The first special joint session of both houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the topic: "Members of Parliament/delegates ask - the Council of Ministers of BiH responds," where members of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina were supposed to ask questions to the members of the Council of Ministers of BiH who would respond at the session, was adjourned at the very beginning due to the lack of quorum in the House of Peoples.
