SARAJEVO, February 28 (FENA) – The Bosniak Caucus in the Council of Peoples of Republika Srpska (RS) will invoke the vital national interest mechanism following the adoption of what was called the "Law on Non-Application of Laws and the Prohibition of the Operation of 'Extra-Constitutional' Institutions of BiH" by the RS National Assembly last night.
