Three SNSD delegates leave the House of Peoples session, thus disrupting the quorum

SARAJEVO, March 4 (FENA) – A session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina resumed after a one-hour recess granted by House Chairman Nikola Špirić (SNSD), but was adjourned again after only a few minutes for another one-hour recess.
