OHR: All authorities and political actors in BiH must respect the binding decisions of BiH CC

SARAJEVO, March 9 (FENA) - The swift action taken by the Constitutional Court highlights the resilience of Bosnia and Herzegovina's legal system in the protection of sovereignty, constitutional order, and stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in safeguarding the rule of law, stated the Office of the High Representative (OHR) after the Constitutional Court of BiH, in response to the recently adopted laws and acts in the Republika Srpska National Assembly, issued temporary measures putting them out of force, as well as acts undertaken to implement them.
