BANJA LUKA, March 14 (FENA) – At the 20th special session of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (RSNA) held last night, the Decision to determine the Draft Constitution of RS was adopted with 50 votes in favor, while eight deputies voted against. During the vote, SDS and PDP deputies were not present in the assembly hall.
