All Dodik's anti-constitutional laws put out of force by the injunction of the BiH CC

SARAJEVO, March 17 (FENA) – Following the latest announcement by the Republika Srpska entity president Milorad Dodik regarding the formation of a Working Group to draft laws regulating the work of border police on the territory of Republika Srpska, FENA has learned from the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina that the BiH Presidency member Denis Bećirović and his legal team are closely monitoring the situation and are prepared to take measures to submit a request to the Constitutional Court of BiH if such unconstitutional law is adopted by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.
