BiH CC rules on non-implementation of interim measure annulling RS HJPC Law

SARAJEVO, April 2 (FENA) – The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has today submitted a ruling to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH regarding the non-implementation of the interim measure issued by the Constitutional Court of BiH, which concerns the annulment of the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Republika Srpska (RS HJPC).
