BANJA LUKA, April 7 (FENA) - Delegates of the Council of Peoples of the Republika Srpska today failed to reach an agreement on the Law on the Protection of the Constitutional Order of RS, meaning it will go for alignment in the Joint Committee of the National Assembly of RS and the Council of Peoples of RS.
