SARAJEVO, April 10 (FENA) – The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) adopted 39 new amendments on Wednesday, the first day of a two-day session, to the Draft Law on the HJPC, which was previously adopted by the Council of Ministers of BiH. This move reflects the Council members' efforts to ensure that professional legal opinions are considered in the legislative process.
