SARAJEVO, June 12 (FENA) – The Minister of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH, Sevlid Hurtić, believes that the appointment of the Director and Deputy Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), as well as the Minister of Security, is a political issue that should be resolved as a 'package deal'.
