BANJA LUKA, June 15 (FENA) – The President of the Serb Democratic Party (SDS) and Mayor of Teslić, Milan Miličević, addressed the public today for the first time after the court ruled that he may defend himself while at liberty. In his emergency statement, he said he did not want to focus on what he called persecution, but rather on plans to build a better future for the people in Republika Srpska.
