Ljubić: In Viaduct case, the tribunal was more inclined toward the private investor than the state

SARAJEVO, June 19 (FENA) - Former attorney of the Attorney General's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mariofil Ljubić stated today at a public hearing in Sarajevo that in the arbitration proceedings regarding the Viaduct case, the tribunal in Washington, established under the World Bank, was more inclined towards the private investor than to the state.
