Zvizdić: We continue the legal fight to preserve state institutions

SARAJEVO, June 24 (FENA) – Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Zvizdić, announced that following the publication of the unconstitutional and illegal public call for the selection of the Republika Srpska Election Commission in the RS Official Gazette, he has submitted a request to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina seeking a ruling on the non-enforcement of the Court’s decision in case U-12/24. That decision, made upon his appeal, annulled the RS Election Law in its entirety and declared it void as of July 9, 2024.
