SARAJEVO, July 17 (FENA) - High Representative Christian Schmidt has enacted two decisions addressing the issue of the debt owed by the Republika Srpska to the Slovenian company "Viaduct" and the integrity of the electoral process in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
