SARAJEVO, August 31 (FENA) – The greatest failures of society and institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, when it comes to femicide, are the tolerance of patriarchal behavioral patterns that lead to violence and the lack of political will. Without political will, laws and their amendments remain “dead letters on paper” and a marginal issue that only becomes relevant after a woman is killed.
