OSCE Mission: The laws exist, but without concrete action there is no protection for women

SARAJEVO, September 7 (FENA) – Law enforcement agencies, prosecutors’ offices, and courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina have made significant progress in addressing cases of gender-based violence, but more robust coordination, particularly between the judiciary and victim support services, is needed for a more effective response to femicide, the OSCE Mission to BiH assessed.
