SARAJEVO, September 9 (FENA) – Eleven MPs in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina have submitted a request to the Constitutional Court of BiH to assess the constitutionality of the decision of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RSNA) confirming the appointment of the new entity government. They claim the decision was made contrary to the BiH Constitution and clearly exceeds the Assembly’s authority.
