SARAJEVO, October 3 (FENA) – The referendum in Republika Srpska planned for October 25 must be prevented, as it would represent a dangerous precedent and a rejection of the rule of law in Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated a letter sent to the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) Steering Board by Professor David Pettigrew of Southern Connecticut State University.
