SARAJEVO, October 7 (FENA) – The gradual implementation of the new automated Entry/Exit System (EES) for third-country nationals entering and exiting the Schengen Area will begin on October 12, 2025, with a transitional period lasting until April 10, 2026, after which the system will enter full operation and the current practice of passport stamping will be completely abolished.
