MOSTAR, October 10 (FENA) – Adnan Velagić, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (HNC), and the newly appointed Head of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Mission in BiH, Rick Holtzapple, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Friday in the presence of Cantonal Prime Minister Marija Buhač. The memorandum confirms their mutual commitment and establishes a framework for cooperation in the implementation of a learning outcomes-based curriculum reform in HNC.
