Forto: Appointment of negotiator only one of BiH’s obligations toward the EU

SARAJEVO, October 30 (FENA) – The Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Forto, said today that the appointment of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s chief negotiator with the European Union is one of the country’s obligations toward the EU, emphasizing that it is crucial for BiH to fulfill the commitments that are prerequisites for opening negotiation chapters.
