BiH Office for the Review of Appeals rejects complaint over the CEC public procurement

SARAJEVO, November 11 (FENA) – At today’s emergency session, the Office for the Review of Appeals of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected the appeal filed by the company TOP TLS regarding the public procurement procedure of the Central Election Commission of BiH (CEC BiH) for the transportation service of election materials for the early elections for the president of the entity of Republika Srpska, the CEC BiH confirmed to FENA.
