BiH PA House of Peoples session halted due to lack of quorum

SARAJEVO, November 14 (FENA) – At the start of the 19th emergency session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Speaker Kemal Ademović stated that nine delegates were present, five from the Bosniak caucus, two from the Croat caucus, and two from the Serb caucus, and that there was no quorum for the session to proceed.
