SARAJEVO, November 18 (FENA) – Participants of the Conference 'One Step Closer to Equality: Working on Gender-Responsive Local Governments', held today in Sarajevo, emphasized the importance of cooperation, experience-sharing, and consistent implementation of legal obligations, especially in the context of rising violence against women and the increasing need for local authorities to actively ensure the safety and equality of all citizens.
