Filandra: Our political conservatism and social conformism sustain this poor state of the country

SARAJEVO, November 30 (FENA) – Thirty years after the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s political system, based on the Dayton constitutional framework, remains the greatest barrier to the democratic development of society and the state, says Šaćir Filandra, professor at the Faculty of Political Science in Sarajevo.
