SARAJEVO, 4 December (FENA) – Considering the statement by the Minister of Justice Davor Bunoza, in which he clearly emphasized the real risk that the EU could deem the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) submitted to the Council of Ministers unsatisfactory, thus nullifying the fulfillment of this condition for opening EU accession talks, MPs from the Troika parties (SDP, People and Justice, Our Party) believe that the Council of Ministers should adopt only the HJPC law that has received the green light from Brussels, which was submitted to Minister Bunoza by representatives of the Troika parties.
