SARAJEVO, December 4 (FENA) – The European Union today gave the green light for Bosnia and Herzegovina to access funds from the Growth Plan and the €976.6 million facility, which represents a unique opportunity for systemic reforms, and the Ministry of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina will play a key role in implementing part of these reforms, Minister Edin Forto said.
