EU and UN launch new program for gender equality and combating violence against women in BiH

SARAJEVO, 7 December (FENA) – The European Union and the United Nations are organizing a three-day consultative event in Sarajevo to present a new EU IPA program worth eight million euros, focused on gender equality and social support, with an emphasis on improving the prevention of and response to gender-based violence in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The event is scheduled to open on December 8.
