SARAJEVO, December 23 (FENA) – The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has partially upheld a lawsuit filed by Dragiša Tešić, who sued the state for compensation for non-pecuniary damage after being acquitted of war crimes charges related to Vlasenica, Detektor has confirmed.
