SARAJEVO, December 26 (FENA) – The Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has ruled that Article 74 of the Water Law of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (HNC), on the basis of which Elektroprivreda BiH paid around 79 million KM into the HNC budget, is not in accordance with the Constitution of the Federation of BiH, the public company Elektroprivreda BiH announced.
