Marking January 9 - A continuity of unconstitutionality, political defiance and deepening divisions

SARAJEVO, January 9 (FENA) – Marking January 9 as the "Day of Republika Srpska" once again this year, despite final and binding rulings of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina declaring the date unconstitutional, represents a continuation of political defiance of the country’s constitutional order and carries deep legal, political, and social implications, FENA’s interlocutors warn.
