SARAJEVO, January 19 (FENA) – The proposal to include amendments to the Law on the Rights, Obligations, and Responsibilities of Patients in the Federation of BiH, which would open a discussion on the right of women in labor to have a companion during childbirth, was today, for the second time, not included on the agenda of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament.
